UC Health Ability Expo - September 11th, 2021

We are happy to be teaming up with UC Health & May We Help during the Ability Expo (formerly known as the Spinal Cord Expo). All abilities and disabilities are welcome. Come join us at The Daniel Drake Center to learn more about adaptive equipment, local services, care products, and sport and hobby opportunities in our area.
Bridging the Gap Golf Outing - September 25th, 2021
11:30am with 1:00pm Shotgun Start, Pebble Creek Golf Course

Our inaugural golf scramble, Bridging the Gap, will happen this fall! Lunch and dinner provided, with raffle tickets available. Golfers of all abilities are welcome. Spina Bifida Coalition of Cincinnati Walk - September 25th, 2021

Did you know our local SBC Chapter is the biggest chapter in the country?! That’s a lot of people who are active and engaged in their community, and we are looking forward to joining them at the 21st Annual SBCC Walk and Roll! This year’s theme is Envision Your Best Self. Roller Sled Hockey Equipment Adaptations
We are excited to be partnering with May We Help and a local family to add wheels to some of our sled hockey sleds so athletes can cross train and play all year long! Interested in playing sled hockey? Check out the Cincinnati Icebreakers website to learn more!
Power Soccer Update
We’ve recently connected with the incredible team at Cincy TOPSoccer, who are helping us acquire more power soccer guards for our equipment program as we explore ways to grow this program in Cincinnati. We continue to forge relationships with local adaptive and inclusive programs so we can better connect athletes & potential athletes with sports and activities they will love. Likewise, we continue to network with local healthcare providers in order to build relationships that will help patients reintegrate into the community faster.
